Hi, I am Valerie,

I am a Longarm Quilter and Pattern Designer.  I have always worked in a field that has given me an opportunity to be creative.  My love of textiles has always played a strong role in those fields and so when I became a stay-at-home mom, quilting helped fill that void for me.  

Longarm quilting has introduced me to so many other quilters that have the same passions as I do. I am always inspired by the quilts I receive and enjoy being able to deliver back a beautiful finished product to them.  

Pattern writing is the newest venture for Three Birds and Stitches and is where I can best share my own quilting style.  When I first started quilting I had always written my own patterns and in the past year have finally been able to write and share them in my Etsy Shop.
